Illinois segment is engaged primarily in the distribution of natural gas in Illinois. Other state segment is engaged primarily in the distribution of natural gas in Minnesota and Michigan, respectively. Non-utility energy infrastructure segment is principally engaged in the ownership of electric power generating facilities. Electric Transmission consists of ownership interest in ATC electric transmission company.
